  • 2. Approaching and attracting targeted potential candidates
  • Personal and direct contact with candidates.

  • Contacting and attracting the best targeted professionals for the search mission, with the objective of creating a “long list “of preselected potential candidates.

  • 3. Candidate interviews and evaluations
  • Screening and selection is the critical step in the process and based on one-to-one interviews, evaluations are completed.

  • Creating a “short list” of selected candidates.

  • 4. Presentation of selected candidate short list
  • Presentation of professional backgrounds and individual reports concerning finalists that make up the “short list” to the client Integrated Solution Page 6 of 40.

  • Counseling and coordination throughout the entire candidate interview process with client.

  • Personalized follow up with each of the candidates that have participated in the search.

  • 5. Hiring, incorporation (on-boarding) and follow up
  • Counseling in the negotiation, hiring, incorporation and on-boarding of the selected candidate.

  • Follow up to assure adaptation of the new hire in the company.

  • Evaluate client satisfaction with the search process.
